The Department of Bioengineering and BioEngineering Building faculty, staff and graduate Students may reserve the BioEngineering Conference Rooms. No courses and no course office hours in the shared conference rooms are allowed.

Please do not request reservations for other faculty/students outside your lab if it is not your meeting.

Recurring meetings will be scheduled 1 quarter at a time, and new requests will be accepted starting 3 weeks before the start of each quarter These will be prioritized based on requirements, needs, and order of requests, and announced the week before the quarter.

One-time events (defenses, etc.) may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance for priority faculty, and up to 1 month in advance by others
